Can I vibecode QuickBooks Online?

Build me a bookkeeping-lite app covering the safe personal slice of QuickBooks
Online: invoicing a few clients and tracking expenses. Requirements:

- A local web app: Node + Express + better-sqlite3, binds to localhost, no
  hosting.
- Invoices: client, line items, tax rate, due date; render to PDF with
  Playwright's page.pdf; a manual mark-paid flag.
- Expenses: import my bank's CSV export, categorize with a rules table that
  auto-matches repeat payees, edit the rest by hand.
- Reports: a cash-basis P&L and per-quarter totals, plus CSV export of
  everything for the accountant.
- No accounts, no telemetry, the books never leave my machine; write a nightly
  dated backup copy of the SQLite file.
- Out of scope: bank feeds, reconciliation, payroll, and anything that files
  taxes. Do not build tax logic of any kind.
- README: state plainly that this is bookkeeping-lite, not accounting.
  QuickBooks' real product is accounting correctness, bank feeds, and the
  accountant ecosystem, none of which this rebuilds; when the numbers start to
  matter, the honest move is real software or an accountant.
