Build a comprehensive recipe management and meal planning application to serve as a personal replacement for Pestle. This app should allow users to easily import, organize, and cook recipes, as well as plan meals and generate shopping lists.

Technical Stack:
Use Next.js 15, TypeScript, SQLite, and Drizzle ORM to build a local-first Progressive Web App (PWA) that is responsive and highly accessible on mobile devices. No alternative stacks should be offered.

Core Features & Workflow:
1. Smart Recipe Import & OCR: Enable users to paste a URL from any major recipe site or social media platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) to instantly extract only the title, ingredients, and step-by-step instructions (removing ads and life stories). Additionally, include OCR (Optical Character Recognition) capabilities allowing users to scan physical handwritten or printed recipes using their device's camera.
2. Search & Organization: Implement a universal search and filtering system. Users should be able to filter their recipes by ingredient, cuisine type, prep time, and custom categories.
3. Guided Cooking Experience: Provide an interactive, step-by-step cooking mode with large, easy-to-read text designed for kitchen use. Integrate voice command support (hands-free control) so users can navigate to the next or previous step without touching their screens.
4. Dynamic Scaling & Conversions: Automatically detect measurements in ingredients and allow users to scale the recipe (e.g., from 2 servings to 4 servings), dynamically adjusting all quantities. Include automatic metric/imperial unit conversions.
5. In-Step Timers & Reminders: If a step mentions "bake for 20 minutes," automatically highlight it and provide a one-tap button to start an integrated timer. Also, embed ingredient quantity reminders directly into the cooking steps so users don't have to scroll back up.
6. Meal Planning & Calendars: Provide a 14-day meal planner with sections for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. Allow exporting or syncing this meal plan to a standard calendar format (ICS).
7. Household Sharing & Shopping Lists: Support shared household environments where multiple users can view the same cookbook. Automatically generate aggregated, categorized shopping lists from selected meal plans or recipes, allowing users to check off items they already own.

Non-Functional Requirements:
- The app must work out-of-the-box locally with a single setup command.
- Store all data locally in the SQLite database by default, with an easy JSON/CSV export feature so data remains owner-controlled.
- Support offline capabilities (PWA) for fast mobile capture and viewing without an internet connection.
- Write unit tests for recipe parsing, scaling logic, and OCR integration (if mocked). Include one E2E happy path test from recipe import to cooking mode.
- Provide a detailed README including architecture, backup steps, and setup instructions.
- Exclude accounts, billing, telemetry, and external retailer integrations.
